Who I Am
monkfromearth comes from the film Man from Earth. Not the immortality premise, but the way its protagonist explores truth and existence without needing to resolve everything. "Monk" is introspection without isolation. "From earth" is the reminder: human, flawed, grounded.

How I Think
Constraints beat complexity. Evolution produces inevitability. Simplicity is the hardest destination. I'm drawn to questions that deepen with time rather than ones that seek answers — open-endedness feels more real than conclusions.
David Deutsch calls it "hard to vary" — when something is genuinely good, every part is load-bearing. Change anything, it breaks. Matt Ridley argues nearly all design is bottom-up. What survives is what couldn't be improved by changing it. I apply both to products, systems, and ideas.

Co-created TechByHer with Meta Developer Circles — women-only sessions hosted by and for women in tech. Partnered with Women Techmakers and Google's Jigsaw. Promoted gender diversity at DevFest Bhopal, bringing women speakers to the stage. We need more perspectives and even more leaders coming out of this space.
